Ruth Lancaster Crowe is not only our office manager, she also handles all our insurance and billing needs. Ruth joined Dr. Aaron England when he opened England Chiropractic and Massage therapy in 2011.

She has over 25 years of experience with billing insurance, L&I, personal injury, and Medicare claims as well as answering most insurance billing questions. If she doesn’t know the answer she definitely knows where to find it.
